Gaïa Weiss is a French actress known for her roles in TV shows Vikings and La Révolution. She just finished filming the lead role in Mathieu Turi’s new film Meander and in Agnieszka Lukasiak’s new drama Victims.
Born in Paris to a Polish mother and French father, and later raised between Paris and London, Gaïa is strong from her multi-cultural background.
She discovered her love for the stage at the age of 4 with ballet, and went on to take drama classes at only 7 years old. She later trained at the Cours Florent in Paris, followed by the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts.
Gaïa has also played lead roles in highly acclaimed TV series; Medici: The Magnificent, Outlander and Vikings and can currently be seen in new historical drama La Révolution on Netflix. Film credits include award-winning biopic Judy, We Are Boats, and Overdrive.
Her love of words, poetry and literature lead her to write from quite an early age, yet she more recently felt the urge to bring her stories to life with a first project called Threshold of Revelation, and is currently working on a TV show entitled Solidarność.
Niece of the political journalist Andrzej Koraszewski, Gaïa comes from a family of intellectuals where she takes her aspiration for social issues and her eagerness to make a meaningful change in the world.
Gaïa recently opened her production company called Atman production.
